Job description
Your tasks
- Sales with operational focus and generation of orders for existing ESG consulting services in decarbonization, EU taxonomy, building certification and electrical consulting
- Sales & Business Development for combined sustainability services in the DACH region
- Market analysis and identification of potential customers, bid preparation, negotiations and handover to operational units including project management
- Creation of sales materials and campaigns in coordination with operational units and marketing
- Integration of additional services into TÜV SÜD's own Lime dashboard solution
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree with real estate focus, e.g. architecture, industrial engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, building ecology, building physics, technical building equipment or comparable field
- Proven knowledge in project implementation involving internal and external resources
- Basic technical and organizational understanding of processes in building construction and operation
- Basic knowledge of trends and services in sustainability in the construction and real estate industry
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
