Job description

Job Overview

You will be responsible for strategic planning and sales promotion activities in the Sales Division, directly under the COO. The mission involves cross-functional strategy formulation with sales and CS teams, establishing business operation rules, and BPR (Business Process Reengineering) to solve various management and sales challenges.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business unit costs and revenues
  • Manage metrics (set and monitor KPIs)
  • Review various initiatives
  • Formulate overall business plans and staffing plans
  • Follow up and assess plan execution
  • Consider and implement strategic themes as they arise in the business environment
  • Research and report on industry, market, and business trends
  • Review and support planning for pricing strategies

Requirements

Essential Skills:

At least 2 years of experience in one of the following:

  • Work experience in strategy/management consulting firms or investment banks
  • Experience in foreign financial institutions or PE funds with a desire to create management systems
  • Overseas work experience or business development experience in a general trading company

Preferred Skills:

  • Work experience in a startup
