Job description

Job Overview

You will be involved in both "sales" and "development" aspects, performing duties as a "pre-sales" professional. Through proposing our in-house developed SaaS, you will directly hear customer issues and make proposals that lead to solving their problems.

Specific job responsibilities:

  • Accompanying sales staff
  • Explaining features and making proposals considering customer environments and operations
  • Providing general technical support before and after implementation
  • Coordinating between sales and development departments internally
  • Making suggestions and designs for further feature development

Pre-sales experience is not required

  • We welcome former engineers who want to drive business more on their own or hear customers' raw voices!
  • You will energize sales from the technical side in the increasingly important field of environmental technology.
  • You can refine your proposal skills through customer negotiations, not just technical skills.
  • You can contribute to improving our services based on customer needs gathered through hearings.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and operations, such as servers (Windows) and networks
  • Experience in proposing systems and packages
  • Practical and proposal experience in SIers or IT vendors

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT asset management and information security measures planning and implementation
  • Work experience in startups

Desired Personality:

  • Able to act autonomously, eagerly absorb and output new knowledge and information
  • Experience in strongly committing to achieving goals
  • Genuinely willing to work together to realize our mission of "creating a better world for the next generation"
