Job Overview
Mission: Establish a Customer Success department committed to solving essential decarbonization challenges while building continuous relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding support (from implementation to establishment) for new customers of our CO2 emission visualization and decarbonization SaaS "ASUENE".
- Maximize service utilization and execute customer problem-solving.
- Plan and design initiatives for implementation and establishment.
- Support business system construction.
- Develop and execute strategies using utilization data.
- Consider measures to reduce cancellation rates.
- Collect customer requests for the product.
- Provide feedback for internal product development.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS companies (2+ years)
- Management experience (6+ months)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in establishing a Customer Success organization
- Experience in managing a Customer Success organization
- Implementation consultant experience in IT companies or IT consulting experience
Desired Personality:
- Ability to act autonomously
- Experience in committing to and achieving goals
- Eagerness to absorb and output new knowledge and information

Position: Sales Division - Customer Success Manager Employment Type: Full-time employee Salary: 6,000,000 to 10,000,000 yen per year (Determined based on experience and ability according to the company's grade-specific salary range) *Salary revisions typically occur twice a year
