Job Details:
You will be responsible for planning and implementing measures to form and activate the "ASUENE" community towards realizing a decarbonized society.
- Launch, expand, and operate online communities
- Research, plan, and implement measures to improve user loyalty and retention
- Analyze and implement measures to increase community participants, and handle all tasks related to community activation
- Discover and cultivate key industry figures and first-pin users with high engagement to ASUENE, and build relationships
- Manage user engagement and relationships
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience as a community manager, SNS operation, or other marketing-related roles
- Passion for communities and social media
Preferred Skills:
- Experience participating in open-source communities
- Experience in designing/operating or participating in communities where participants use their real names
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate client proposals or similar roles
Desired Personality:
- Ability to proactively identify issues, break them down into necessary actions, and solve them
- Enjoys communication and doesn't get tired of conversing with many people via chat
- Skilled at communicating with various people both offline and online
