What you'll experience with us:

• Conducting safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and improvement potentials.
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all issues of occupational safety and health protection.
• Planning and implementing safety measures and training employees on safety-relevant topics.
• Creating and maintaining risk assessments and safety documentation.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal regulations in the area of occupational health and safety.
• Supporting the implementation of emergency and crisis management exercises.

What makes you special:

• Completed degree in safety management, engineering, environmental sciences, or comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience in occupational safety and health protection is advantageous.
• Analytical thinking and structured way of working.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and customer orientation.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
