Job description
Your tasks
- Shape TÜV SÜD's global sustainability strategy and develop cross-functional initiatives and standards for sustainability excellence
- Conduct research, track global market developments and regulations for both client and internal projects and consolidate insights for both client and internal projects
- Prepare and deliver compelling project proposals, reports and presentations to clients and senior management
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, orchestrate expertise for execution teams' projects and provide project management support
- Develop and maintain strong sustainability collaboration platforms and networks across divisions and regions. Organize impactful workshops to foster a sense of community, provide project updates and motivate team members
- Shape TÜV SÜD's ecosystem and build strong external partnerships; liaise with key internal and external business partners and develop thought leadership work
Your qualifications
- Master's (Univ.) degree in environmental science, sustainable resource management or engineering
- Several years of client-facing strategy consulting or sustainability consulting experience is essential
- Passion for sustainability and impact as well as proven experience in sustainability/ESG-related work
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to guide teams in a multi-stakeholder and multi-geography environment
- Exhibits strong research and analytical capabilities, excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills, and a hands-on, results-driven approach for pioneering work in an agile environment.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English and German
