What you'll experience with us:
- Take responsibility for project acquisition and represent our company to clients as well as at professional conferences
- Analyze our existing business areas, optimize them, and develop them further through innovative strategies to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership
- Take on project management for demolition projects and building contaminant remediation in the industrial sector from conception to final implementation
- Develop and implement remediation strategies and solutions together with subject matter experts, considering specific framework conditions, and represent the desired solutions to clients and authorities
- Ensure project results in terms of economical and timely implementation while complying with applicable technical rules and valid laws, especially regarding occupational safety and environmental protection
- Take on the role of line manager for a small team focusing on demolition and civil engineering
What makes you special:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geoecology, Geo or Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in processing and managing projects, especially in the areas of building contaminant remediation and demolition, including time and cost tracking
- Experienced in planning, organizing, and evaluating building structure investigations
- Independently develop remediation and demolition strategies and plan them to execution readiness
- Create precise cost estimates for demolition projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of environmental requirements, regulations, and legal provisions
- Fluent in German and English at C1 level
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of project acquisition and can use it profitably
