About the position

Are you ready for a new challenge? We have a great job opportunity to join Kraft Heinz as our new Procurement Associate Manager!

This position lies within the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets Business Unit and you'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

You'll be reporting into the Procurement Function while getting high exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Value Creation and Business Partnering will be your primary responsibility on this position. Does it sound like something for you? Keep reading!

In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Support the development and scoping of value engineering pipeline and projects with Meals BP and relevant stakeholders. Cascade the pipeline & strategy to relevant stakeholders
  • Represent and lead procurement initiatives within cross-functional Meals team to deliver projects on NPD, innovation, value creation and more, connected to markets, procurement and sustainability strategy
  • Create and manage the connection between Procurement team, commercial, operations, R&D, and other stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and supporting co-development and management of strategies, projects and other initiatives
  • Support relationship management with suppliers and co-packers connected to projects, including alignments and negotiations according to buyer's strategy
  • Represent Procurement and Sustainability in projects of the meals
  • Support the delivery of innovation via supplier network leveraging strategic partnership led by the European sourcing team
  • Lead relevant ideation, feasibility studies, and execution of productivity projects
  • Support analyses to identify key efficiency opportunities with the cross-functional team
  • Connect with Procurement Ops and factories in order to facilitate projects execution

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor's and/or Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement or similar field.
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Procurement position, preferably within the Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages or similar industries.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management & Project Management skills are key on this position to success.
  • IT Skills & Knowledge, specifically MS Package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ownership and capacity of influence. You take leadership and proactivity anywhere you go while using your all your potential to influence key stakeholders!
