Job Description & Summary
At PwC Poland, we take a comprehensive approach to auditing - we don't limit ourselves to accounting and reporting. Our auditors are advisors who look holistically at companies' operations, using their experience, competencies, and technologies in providing audit services. Within our area, we work in General Audit of commercial, manufacturing, and service companies, as well as in Financial Institutions Audit. We build lasting business relationships with our clients, analyzing in detail their company strategies and operating principles.
Your Future Role:
- Building project teams and planning schedules considering employee availability, competencies, and business priorities
- Ensuring proper staffing for inventories
- Maintaining quality and up-to-date data in planning and time reporting systems; taking corrective actions
- Reporting and analyzing data on planned engagement and employee availability
- Responding to current employee needs in administrative, HR, or professional qualification areas
- Supporting HR processes in evaluation and training planning
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals
- Analytical thinking and creativity in finding solutions
- Excellent work organization skills
Nice to Have:
- Professional experience in resource planning for projects or in HR department
