Job description
Job Summary
You will be responsible for partner development and alliance formation for the Asuene (CO2 visualization SaaS) business. This position aims to expand the business through partner sales activities and proposals to agents, banks, and major SIers.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct business negotiations and consulting with management of B2B customers
- Form large-scale alliances including customers and partners
- Develop new partners and build relationships
- Set and execute team goals and indicators (KGI/KPI)
- Optimize sales methods, standardize processes, and prepare manuals
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Corporate sales experience (5+ years)
- Experience in strategizing and implementing partner/alliance acquisition
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startups/venture companies
- Solution-based sales experience to large corporations

- Employment Type: Full-time employee
- Salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 yen per year (Determined based on experience and ability according to the company's grade-based salary range)

- Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (8 working hours, 1-hour break)
- Holidays: Complete two-day weekends (Sat-Sun), national holidays, New Year holidays (Dec 29-Jan 3), special leave
