Job Summary

As an Overseas Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Asuene's global expansion. This position involves frequent communication with management, allowing you to actively participate in addressing management issues and experience dynamic, fast-paced decision-making firsthand.

Specific Responsibilities

• Overseas business development, launch, research, sales, partner sales, and system creation, primarily in the US and Asia
• Business planning (formulation of medium to long-term management goals/strategies, budget management and analysis, new business promotion)
• Creation of external documents (for investors, sales, etc.) and documentation

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Business-level English proficiency
• Sales experience

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience in corporate planning/business development or planning departments in a business company
• Work experience in strategy/management consulting firms or investment banks
• Overseas work experience or business development experience in a general trading company
• Experience working on overseas assignments or international business

• Salary: 8,000,000 - 18,000,000 yen per year (Determined based on experience and ability according to the company's grade-specific salary range)

• Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (8 working hours with 1-hour break)
• Holidays: Complete two-day weekends (Sat-Sun), national holidays, New Year holidays (Dec 29-Jan 3), special leave
