Job Description

Ritual is seeking a Manager of Packaging Engineering and Sustainability to lead packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing packaging solutions for consumer goods, particularly in the food, supplement, or personal care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead packaging development projects
• Implement sustainability initiatives in packaging
• Manage packaging line trials
• Create packaging specifications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Sales, and Marketing
• Conduct life cycle assessments

Required Skills:

• Experience in packaging development for consumer goods
• Proficiency in packaging engineering tools and software
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in packaging
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in packaging engineering and sustainability
• Strong technical background in packaging materials and processes
