Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling overseas legal matters and legal reviews
• Legal review for IPO preparation
• Reviewing contract documents and conducting legal checks with legal advisors
• Negotiating with overseas legal departments and representatives
• Establishing internal governance and compliance systems
• Managing various meetings such as board meetings and shareholders' meetings
• Preparing IPO documents and disclosure materials

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• At least one of the following:
  • Experience working in legal department during company's IPO preparation (2+ years)
  • Corporate legal experience (3+ years)
• Proficient in using IT software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a high level
• University or graduate degree

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IPO preparation at a startup that successfully went public on the Growth Market within the last 3-5 years

Employment Details

• Position: Legal - Corporate Headquarters
• Employment Type: Full-time employee
• Salary: 7,000,000 - 15,000,000 yen per year (Determined based on experience and ability according to the company's grade-specific salary range)
• Work Location: WeWork 4F, KDX Toranomon 1-chome Bldg, 1-10-5 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0001
• Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (8 working hours, 1-hour break)
• Overtime: Yes (45 hours deemed overtime)
• Holidays: Complete two-day weekends (Sat-Sun), national holidays, New Year holidays (Dec 29-Jan 3), special leave
