Practice Area

BCG's Energy practice helps companies navigate an increasingly complex business climate. The practice covers the Oil & Gas and Power & Utilities sectors. We also have deep knowledge in Energy transition and Sustainability, Energy Trading and Risk Management and Energy Engineering and Services.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within BCG's Energy practice area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing BCG India team, providing industry & functional expertise and insights. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of consulting experience in relevant Energy topic required
• Master's degree or equivalent in business administration or management with energy background
• Excellent analytical and conceptual rigor
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Team player with ability to work across different seniority levels
• Experience with third party databases/data sources
