Knowledge@BCG consists of the Knowledge Team (KT), Data & Research Services (DRS) and Knowledge & Collaboration Solution (KCS). KT is a group of experts within respective fields or areas providing industry, functional and geographic expertise to consulting teams. KT members are aligned to Practice Areas, sometimes serving as members of case or project teams. KT offers insight into a topic or function derived from BCG's knowledge base and case/project experience.
What You'll Do
As a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years consulting experience in relevant Manufacturing & Supply Chain topics required
- 4+ years minimum industry experience (6-10+ years preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Expertise in Manufacturing & Supply Chain
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
