Job Description & Summary
The Office of General Counsel team at PwC Poland consists of 16 experienced lawyers. We provide comprehensive legal services to PwC network companies in Poland. We advise on all areas of their activities, including preparing and reviewing contracts, actively participating in negotiations, providing legal advice and consultations, conducting court cases, preparing and reviewing letters and documents, including regulations and procedures, and conducting ongoing analysis of changes in legal regulations and court jurisprudence.
We are looking for: Lawyer | Internal Legal Department (fixed-term contract)
Your future role:
- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Providing legal advice, opinions, explanations, and consultations
- Preparing and reviewing letters and documents, including regulations and procedures
- Ongoing analysis of changes in legal regulations and court jurisprudence
Apply if you:
- Are in the process of becoming a legal counsel or advocate, or already hold the title of Legal Counsel or Advocate
- Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience as a lawyer in a company's legal department or a law firm dealing with comprehensive business services
- Know and can practically apply regulations in the field of civil, commercial, and labor law
- Are fluent in English, including legal English
- Are independent and can work in a team
