What You'll Do

The LAB Practice Area (PA) Talent Partner, Senior Manager will be part of the new LAB PA Talent Partner Team. Each of the team members acts as Talent Partner for 4-5 different Practice Areas at the LAB level, working closely with the LAB People & Operations Executive Director, PA nodes, and MDP leadership in each PA to tailor and deliver the People Agenda within these PAs.

PA-aligned responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to your 4-5 assigned LAB PA Nodes
  • Tailor and deliver the LAB People plan within your assigned LAB PAs
  • Drive and manage capacity planning
  • Hold PA Nodes accountable for strong people pyramids
  • Manage PA affiliation process
  • Work with CDC on development needs
  • Prepare analyses and reports
  • Promote well-being, mental fitness, and sustainability

Functional interface responsibilities:

  • Interface with System People functions
  • Own career development and performance assessment
  • Work with Staffers on Pod alignment
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition
  • Handle HR-related issues
  • Work with Teaming coaches

What You'll Bring

  • At least 6-8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong HR qualifications and international work experience
