Job Description
You join the Investor Relations Private Assets team as an Investor Relations Officer. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with potential and existing investors, supporting fundraising efforts for our private assets products, and managing communication to investors.
In this context, you will work closely with the investment and distribution teams.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
- Develop the marketing and fundraising plan in close collaboration with the investment and sales teams: Identify target customers and markets, the closing schedule, etc;
- Organize and coordinate fundraising efforts with internal and external stakeholders: Facilitate meetings with sales, organize Roadshows related to sales, lead Q&A in collaboration with appropriate teams (RFP, front office, legal), etc.;
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors: develop a detailed knowledge of the customer, Coordinate and address the various requests of customers/prospects in relation to the various internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage communication and access to information for investors, including the status of fundraising, Calendar and product positioning;
- Ensure regular monitoring of the activity via the CRM, produce periodic collection reports and participate in the improvement of the team's processes and tools.
As an Investor Relations Officer, you will play a key role in fundraising efforts for our Private Assets products. You will work closely with all stakeholders.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have at least 5 years of experience in business development functions (Investor Relations, Investment Specialist, etc.) within an international asset management company.
You are familiar with: • Private assets products (Infrastructure, Private Equity and Natural Capital strategies).
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are: • Recognized for your ability to analyze investor needs and work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet them; • Able to communicate effectively and present complex information in an accessible manner. • Results oriented and able to set clear goals and track progress.
You master English with a C2 level.
