Due to our further growth we are looking for a motivated colleague in Vietnam, in the function of an Investment Officer Sustainable Food Debt in Vietnam

Your Main Tasks

• Active contribution to the growth of the current Asia agriculture portfolio by building and developing a strong eligible pipeline of investment opportunities in the local markets of South and South East Asia
• Leading the full investment cycle, including origination, due diligence and credit risk assessments of existing and/or potential counterparties and portfolio monitoring
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in line with responsAbility's managed funds risk/return expectations and responsibility for the quality of the portfolio through thorough deal execution and monitoring
• Cooperation with credit risk management, investment committee, transaction management and external service providers to implement transactions
• Representing the company at conferences, seminars and other relevant events in the region as required

Your Experience and Skills

• MBA in finance, business economics, finance, or a related field and high degree of flexibility regarding travelling
• At least 7 years' work experience in the Agriculture and financial sector, including experience in assessment or financing of SME companies, trade finance and/or project finance
• Proven network of contacts among investors and investee companies in the local agriculture market segment
• High client relationship management skills and ability to interact with different stake holders on different levels internally and externally
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; a team player with a proactive, hands-on and flexible approach
• Proficient working ability in English, spoken and in writing
• Interest in and enthusiasm for sustainable food and impact investments
