You will be part of the Global Cycles & Procurement organization of Danone within the department that is responsible for the global sourcing of first diet ingredients (non-dairy). You will become part of a team with colleagues who are highly skilled and dedicated professionals aiming to source the required products to focus on the development of our suppliers to meet the right level of food and quality requirements of Danone and responsible for driving cost efficiency, innovation, service level and sustainability with our Global suppliers. You will be working closely with our Senior Buyer Fruits and Vegetable and will be based in our office in Hoofddorp, NL.

You main tasks will be:

Category Performance: (50%)

• Tools Management - monthly update of the tools used by the Team
• Support buyers with project management (securization, saving, sustainability,..)
• Support buyers with Business Continuity Plan: map out critical materials and define/monitor mitigation plan with buyers
• Support buyers in Regenerative Agriculture projects (requesting information from suppliers, compiling internal data, coordinating projects with suppliers, etc.)
• Support continuous improvements on the Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Support buyers in sourcing new suppliers for specific ingredients

Compliance: (50%)

• Manage contracts and support with tenders
• Support buyers with legal risk assessment and GTCP/contract signature
• Maintain a tool for category management, incl. volumes and prices consolidation for both fruits and vegetable portfolio;
• Ensure compliance to the Danone standards at supplier's level

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master student in Business Engineering, Supply Chain or Procurement
• Excellent and proven Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to easily connect with people
• Work autonomously
• Eye for detail and logical mindset
• Fast learner and team player
• Positive energy
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Enrolled as a Bachelor/Master student during the whole internship period
• Available to start in October 2024 for a minimum of 6 months (with possibility to renew for additional 3 months), 5 days per week
• Fluent in English - spoken and written
• Able to work from Hoofddorp, NL
• Willing to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN

• Gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month
