Job description
CBRE is the world's #1 real estate consulting firm. Our teams cover all aspects of the real estate value chain and support our clients in their real estate projects. The CBRE ESG department, created 10 years ago, is pursuing a strong growth objective to address the environmental and social challenges of the real estate sector.
With a team of over 30 employees in France and more than 300 in Europe dedicated to ESG issues, CBRE ESG France is a dynamic team that supports numerous private clients of all sizes (banks, management companies, real estate companies, etc.) on all their sustainable development issues (energy, environmental performance of buildings, sustainable finance and ESG strategies).
Your missions at CBRE ESG
Attached to the Sustainable Finance & ESG division, you will be fully integrated into the team and participate in various missions of the division. You may also occasionally participate in projects with European colleagues, as well as intervene in the life of the ESG service, assisting or even leading internal training sessions or interacting with other CBRE France services.
Non-exhaustive examples of missions in the Sustainable Finance & ESG division:
- Regulatory support missions in sustainable finance for clients (SFDR, European Taxonomy, CSRD, support for 29 LEC reporting, etc.);
- Support mission for ISR labeling of real estate funds;
- ESG strategy missions (definition and implementation support) general or specific (impact finance, social focus, etc.);
- Conducting ESG due diligence with site visits.
You will be involved in all stages of projects, from writing commercial offers, to participating in interviews, developing tools, and writing deliverables.
Your journey at CBRE ESG
By joining the CBRE ESG team, you will have the opportunity to discover consulting missions for real estate players.
You will also be able to develop cross-functional skills by participating in missions from other divisions on energy, carbon, biodiversity, or environmental performance of buildings topics.
