Responsibilities:

• Conduct worker health and safety projects for clients
• Perform E and/or HS compliance assessments in industrial facilities
• Prepare clear and concise reports in English and French
• Co-design and implement customized solutions to improve safety performance
• Deliver training to client company managers
• Manage multiple projects within client demands, budget, and contractual schedule
• Maintain and develop client relationships

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Hygiene and Safety or related field
• Experience in consulting or substantial experience in the industrial sector is a plus
• Understanding of industry issues and main client companies
• Motivated, enthusiastic, with strong team spirit
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proactive with attention to detail and ethical sense
• Ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships
• Fluency in French and English is essential
• Availability for travel (outside of health restrictions)
