Job Description: We are looking to recruit an HSE Audit Consultant - Due Diligence (M/F)

  • Pragmatically support industrial clients and funds in their investments by addressing their questions about the impact of risks and ESG and EHS value creation levers on company valuation, as well as how best to reflect these risks and opportunities in their acquisition offers.
  • Work on ESG and EHS due diligence projects for buying and/or selling industrial and tertiary companies (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, metallurgy, infrastructure, health...) in France and abroad
  • Conduct benchmark analyses of the target's ESG performance
  • Perform documentary analyses of the target on identified material ESG/EHS issues
  • Quantify Capex/Opex associated with risks and opportunities
  • Assess reputational risk
  • Review environmental provisions
  • Develop post-transaction action plans

During your career, you will also be involved in:

  • Participating in the drafting of commercial offers and responses to calls for tenders
  • Contributing to awareness-raising and/or training actions internally and externally

You may work on both French and international projects as a member of our global network.

Profile:

  • You have a degree from a general engineering school.
  • You will be based in Paris or Lyon.
  • Frequent travel in France and occasional international travel.
  • You have 0 to 3 years of experience in environmental fields.
  • Position open to recent graduates.
