■ ポジション概要

本ポジション(Health & Safety Coordinator)は、アジアおよびグローバルのHealth & Safety機能に基づく施策の実行・調整を担い、日本地区ビジネスユニットにおけるHealth & Safety管理の推進を支援します。

また、ビジネスユニット内での安全管理の標準化および高度化を推進していただきます。

アジアリージョンのSafety Management Teamの一員として、地域全体の安全文化の定着に貢献いただくとともに、領域の経験を基盤に、将来的にはクライアント向けコンサルティング業務に携わる機会もあります。

■ 主な業務内容

1.Health & Safetyパフォーマンスデータ管理
・統計レポートの作成
・レポーティングシステムにおけるインシデント報告のクローズ対応支援
・関連データベースの品質維持・管理

2.Health & Safety施策の推進
・グローバルおよびリージョナル施策の実行
・日本地区Safety Teamの年間施策の企画・運営への参画
・施策の円滑な実行支援
・アジア地域に付加価値をもたらす施策の推進

3.従業員トレーニング
・日本地区における安全衛生トレーニング計画の実行支援
・グローバルKPIに基づく必須トレーニングの達成管理
・ERM Academyにおけるトレーニング記録の管理・更新
・Health & Safety方針・手順および各種プログラム
 (SSC:Safety Systems & Culture、OFP:Operational Safety Program 等)に関する研修の実施または調整

4.その他業務
・リスクアセスメントのレビュー
・Health & Safety計画の作成・改善支援
・JHA(Job Hazard Analysis:作業危険分析)の作成支援
・是正措置(CAPA:Corrective & Preventive Actions)のフォローおよび管理
・ALAP(As Low As Practicable:合理的に実行可能な範囲でできる限り低減)に基づく施策の推進および連携
・各オフィスおよびビジネスユニット全体の安全委員会の運営
・ビジネスユニット内での安全文化の推進
・入札資料作成支援
・特殊リスクへの対応および課題解決
・年次監査およびスポット監査の実施
・インシデント調査および原因分析

■ 応募要件

1.必須要件
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(海外メンバーへの報告業務が発生します)
・安全プログラムに関する実務経験(1~2年程度)

2.歓迎要件
・PCスキル(Excel、Word、Adobe 等)
・応急処置トレーニング、SharePoint利用経験
・安全管理に関する基礎知識
・関連分野の学士号、またはNEBOSH(National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health)等の資格

Our expertise spans advisory services such as decarbonization strategies, climate change mitigation, and strategy, as well as technical services including environmental and social impact assessments, soil and groundwater contamination management, and environmental due diligence.

The primary function of the H&S Coordinator is to coordinate H&S initiatives (determined by both Asia and the global H&S functions) and to help to deliver H&S obligations to the company within the North Asia (NA) Business Unit. Furthermore, the role will look at unifying and strengthening the individual approaches to safety within the Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

1. H&S Performance Statistics

  • Produce statistical reports where required
  • Facilitate the closure of submitted incident reports in the ECS reporting system
  • Maintain associated databases data quality

2. H&S Initiatives

  • Deliver global and regional safety initiatives
  • Be involved in the planning of the NA Safety Teams initiatives each year
  • Help coordinate successful completion of these initiatives
  • Take on initiatives within areas where value can be added for the Asia region

3. Employee training

  • Ensure H&S training requirements for NA employees are met within the training plan.
  • Ensure NA meets global KPI’s with respect to mandatory H&S training.
  • Assist in maintaining up to date H&S training records in ERM Academy
  • Provide, or where necessary source, training for staff in relation to H&S policies, practices and procedures, and programs (SSC, OFP)

4. General

  • Reviewing TRA’s in the NA business
  • Review, help with, development of NA Health & Safety Plans
  • Review, help with, development of NA Job Hazard Analysis forms
  • Follow up, close out and review of NA Corrective Actions (CAPA)
  • Coordinate partners for the ALAP program in NA
  • Coordinate Safety Committee meetings for any office in the BU
  • Coordinate the NA BU Safety Committee
  • Facilitate a common approach to safety within the BU.
  • Helping with bid preparation
  • Help to trouble shoot unique safety risks to the business unit
  • Perform Yearly system audits, and undertake spot audits as needed
  • Incident investigation / route cause analysis

Selection Criteria:

Experience
 

  • 1-2 years in implementing safety programs

2. Desired Qualifications

  • Proficient in desktop applications (Excel, Word, Adobe)
  • First Aid Training SharePoint training
  • Knowledge of Safety Program / Approaches Undergraduate degree in related area / Further safety studies (NEBOSH or equivalent)
