What will you do?

As a Consultant within the Healthcare team, you will work in an enthusiastic and professional team of advisors. As a Consultant, you will work for healthcare providers, developers, housing corporations, national and international investors, where you will be involved in guiding purchase and sale processes of healthcare and social real estate on behalf of clients.

The Dutch healthcare real estate market is developing rapidly and has the potential to become a major investment sector. The government is encouraging a larger role for market parties in the expansion and replacement of healthcare real estate, and healthcare institutions desperately need capital for the necessary investments in the core assets of the organization. New (commercial) residential care concepts are emerging, healthcare functions are increasingly being clustered, and the investment market for healthcare real estate is growing rapidly. CBRE has a sector team that supports various parties in determining and implementing their (healthcare) real estate strategy. As a result, we are involved daily in various ways with existing, to-be-transformed, or yet-to-be-built care homes, intramural complexes, private residential care locations, health centers, clinics, and/or hospitals.

Your activities will include:

• Guiding real estate transactions for healthcare organizations, developers, investors, and housing corporations
• Transforming existing healthcare real estate
• Strategic advising on and executing real estate strategies
• Collaborating with colleagues with different expertise to add even more value for our clients
• Developing new construction projects
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
• Analyzing the real estate market and associated trends
• Drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and finalizing transactions

What do you have to offer us?

• Completed HBO or WO education, preferably in a real estate-related field
• Minimum of 4 years of transaction experience
• Affinity and/or experience with the (healthcare) real estate sector
• Ability to work independently and simultaneously have a strong team spirit
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to present yourself
• Entrepreneurship and solid commercial insight
• Ability to work accurately, even under time pressure, and have a keen eye for quality
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license
