CBRE PROMA Services is the result of a strategic collaboration between CBRE Property Management and Generali Real Estate, which has translated into a "joint venture" between the two companies since 2021. This relationship goes beyond a client/supplier relationship, with the entire interest lying in the co-construction of a high-performance and sustainable solution thanks to the complete integration of a specific operation on behalf of Generali Real Estate. We combine our expertise and build our strategies together to deliver concrete actions on a daily basis for Tenants and also for Generali Real Estate's real estate assets in order to maximize their rental potential and attractiveness.

As a Green Manager, you actively work to plan and execute the ESG strategy in the management of Generali Real Estate's assets.

Your missions are varied and touch on several areas, including portfolio strategy and operational implementation at the asset level:

• Promote Generali Real Estate's client strategy in asset management
• Implement concrete actions to improve the environmental performance of managed assets in the medium/long term
• Raise employee awareness of ESG issues and communicate on the portfolio's achievements in terms of sustainable development
• Define the strategy for "Green" impact works as well as deployment at the level of a global portfolio, for example, on subjects such as the LOM law for electric charging stations or the BACS decree
• Coordinate and co-define with Technical Managers the multi-year 'Green' Work Plans
• Carry out ISR, GRESB campaigns and all building certifications (BREAM, HQE Operation)
• Provide expertise and support to Technical Managers

These missions are likely to evolve according to business and regulatory updates.

PROFILE:

You have a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) with more than 5 years of experience in this position or in a similar position (within an Engineering Office or Project Management)?

You have developed technical skills around tertiary decree issues, certifications and labels, taxonomy, etc.

You are comfortable with data processing.

You are able to clearly communicate sustainability objectives and report on results achieved? You know how to mobilize teams around environmental and social issues through effective and convincing communication?
