Your tasks

• Develop and implement an internal sustainability strategy that shapes the organization's sustainability vision and aligns with their mission and business objectives.
• Implement a robust double materiality assessment to align with global standards and identify risks, creating strategies for mitigation.
• Collaborate globally to set and achieve ambitious sustainability targets, reducing negative impacts.
• Lead internal sustainability projects to ensure successful execution and progress monitoring, while enhancing governance.
• Communicate sustainability goals and advancements effectively to all stakeholders.
• Engage and train by supporting ESG framework adoption and leading a global sustainability network.
• Create and share thought leadership content on sustainability trends and practices, e.g. at conferences, webinars, or podcasts.
• Develop engagement strategies for employees and external partners, fostering strong collaborations.

Your qualifications

• University degree in sustainability management, environmental science or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in sustainability, with a focus on internal sustainability strategy, internal target setting and global rollouts
• Proven experience in developing and implementing internal sustainability programs and rollout of sustainability targets
• Strong understanding of ESG data collection methodologies and reporting frameworks
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills
• Strong understanding of double materiality and its implications for reporting
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, German a plus
• Ability to travel regularly in the regions
