Job Summary:
The Reporting Specialist will work within the Global Controllership function with a series of responsibilities focused around supporting Accenture’s reporting, including the 360° value reporting experience, regulatory reporting, ratings and rankings submissions and other ad hoc requests. They will support Senior Managers/Managers within Global Controllership as well as the Global Reporting Lead and other leaders in addition to collaborating across Corporate Functions. They are responsible for supporting the end-to-end reporting process, including data collection, validation, documentation, audit support and research activities, to ensure timely and accurate completion of disclosures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities include:

Assist with the preparation and review of reporting disclosures, including coordination of internal support requests.

Support maintenance and governance of approved data repositories used by stakeholders across geographies, functions and client teams.

Liaison with business leads/data owners to document reporting processes, when applicable, coordinate data requests and management review/certifications and drive timely achievement of key milestones.

Perform data and control validation to ensure complete, accurate and audit-ready disclosures.

Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation and coordination of requests.

Primary owner of reporting workflows and SME for Workiva reporting platform.

Manage and coordinate complex, data-intensive workstreams with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, consistently delivering against defined timelines and deadlines.

Conduct peer benchmarking and monitor regulatory developments.

Participate in AI upskilling initiatives, leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and collaborate on scaling AI-enabled improvements across the reporting cycle.

Assist in various ad hoc assignments (e.g., research, executive summaries, training, communications, cross-team collaboration).
Professional & Technical Skills:
-
3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including public accounting experience or industry experience that includes responsibilities in reporting, internal controls and/or process improvement.

Demonstrated knowledge of business, finance, and accounting fundamentals
-
Demonstrated ability to be relevant and insightful during meetings with supervisors/leaders

Experience in reporting (including , , , ) preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Workiva experience preferred
-
Experience leveraging AI tools and identifying opportunities for process improvement/transformation.

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment

Collaborative mindset with intellectual curiosity for topics, coupled with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and leverage technology to enhance reporting quality and process.

Ability to adapt within a dynamic and evolving environment, including changing regulations, operational processes, and the adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI), with a proactive approach to supporting continuous improvement and reinvention.
