Job Overview

Specific Duties:

• New feature development and existing feature improvement for frontend
• System reliability improvement including monitoring tasks
• Collaborating with product managers and designers for specification discussions

◎ You will be part of a 4-5 member development team, using Asana for Kanban management and implementing small-scale, high-frequency releases based on Agile principles.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Experience in web application development
• Development experience using React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.
• Experience in specification discussions with UI/UX designers and backend engineers
• Experience in product development with multiple people (Note: Experience in solo product development does not apply)

Preferred Skills:

• Backend development experience with Node.js, etc.
• Experience in web page speed optimization
• UI design and design experience for web applications
• Experience as a tech lead or technical decision-maker
