What You'll Do

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an experienced and motived individual to join our team as the Director of ESG Supplier Risk. In this role, you will be critical in advancing BCG's commitment to environment, social and governance (ESG) standards within our supply chain. Responsibilities include leading our ESG Supplier Risk program to implement strategies to assess, manage and mitigate ESG-related risks associated with BCG's global supplier base. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and potentially clients, to ensure that ESG considerations are integrated in procurement processes and supply chain management.
