Job description

Job Overview

Main responsibilities:

  • Building a customer success organization for Asuene ESG business, formulating business strategies and plans
  • Recruitment and strengthening of the customer success organization for Asuene ESG business
  • Planning and designing measures for onboarding (implementation to retention)
  • Collecting customer requests for products and providing feedback for internal product development
  • Establishing customer success business models and considering/implementing business efficiency measures

Position highlights:

  • Stock option program available (may not be granted depending on position and experience)
  • Lead the customer success organization for the second pillar service of a startup aiming for IPO

Requirements

Essential skills:

  • Experience in managing customer success organizations in IT or B2B SaaS companies

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in launching customer success organizations
  • Experience as a system implementation consultant or IT consultant in IT companies
  • Work experience in sustainability, CSR procurement, or ESG in general
  • English proficiency (ability to read English materials comfortably)
  • Strong interest in sustainability and ESG

Desired personality:

  • Experience in managing customer success organizations of a certain scale in SaaS companies or business corporations
  • Ability to eagerly absorb and output new knowledge and information
  • Desire to make a significant impact as a customer success professional in the future sustainability/ESG field
