Job description

Job Overview

Main responsibilities:

  • Build consulting organization for Asuene ESG business, formulate business strategies and plans
  • Organize enterprise sales team, optimize team communication processes, and create an environment for quick decision-making
  • Consider new businesses utilizing various data obtained through ESG consulting and SaaS
  • Conduct market research and support overseas expansion planning for services
  • Recruit and strengthen the consulting organization in Asuene ESG business
  • As a consultant, support clients in defining ESG initiatives, ESG disclosure, and defining/improving ESG risks across the supply chain
  • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to support service orders and implementation

Position highlights:

  • Stock option program available
  • Lead the consulting organization for the second pillar service of a startup aiming for IPO

Requirements

Essential Skills: Multiple experiences in the following:

  • Experience in improving and disclosing sustainability and overall ESG initiatives in consulting firms or companies
  • Experience in responding to and improving scores for external ESG evaluations such as FTSE/MSCI/Ecovadis
  • Creation and disclosure of integrated reports on sustainability and ESG
  • Experience in CSR procurement and sustainable procurement
  • Experience in supply chain engagement for strengthening suppliers' ESG initiatives

Preferred Skills:

  • English proficiency (comfortable reading English materials)

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Management experience in sustainability/ESG organizations of a certain scale in consulting firms or companies
  • Eager to absorb and output new knowledge and information
  • Desire to make a significant impact in future sustainability/ESG consulting
