Environmental Consultant - Site Investigation and Remediation (Mid-Senior Level)

About the Role

  • Support projects involving environmental impact assessments, risk assessments, environmental monitoring, site assessments, and environmental due diligence reports related to soil and groundwater contamination
  • Conduct site visits for data collection and support fieldwork, primarily focused on Environmental Site Investigation and Remediation
  • Assist in projects using specialized software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS
  • Lead discussions with and manage subcontractors (e.g., drillers, surveyors, analytical laboratories)
  • Assist in preparing sections of proposals and reports in both Polish and English
  • Manage specific project tasks and collaborate with international colleagues and clients

Ideal Candidate

  • University degree or Master's in Environmental Engineering/Sciences, Geology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental projects involving soil and groundwater contamination
  • Solid understanding of Polish and European environmental legislation
  • Experience in project management (advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Fluent in English and Polish, with familiarity in technical terminologies
  • Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, SURFER, and MODFLOW
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Valid driving license with 3+ years of active driving experience
  • Willingness to travel within Poland and abroad
