We are looking for an Environmental Consultant specializing in environmental protection and stakeholder engagement in renewable energy sources for our ERM Poland Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects in environmental protection and stakeholder engagement, focusing on infrastructure for renewable energy sources
• Conduct environmental training for staff
• Provide expert knowledge and skills to our projects and support our interdisciplinary team
• Advise industrial clients on sustainable solutions for environmental, social, and sustainability challenges
• Write reports in Polish
• Manage projects and establish international contacts with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

• Education related to environmental sciences or similar
• Knowledge of national environmental protection regulations and international standards for stakeholder engagement
• Professional experience (>2 years), especially in EIA/stakeholder engagement (renewable energy) and training
• Interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Excellent command of Polish and English (minimum C1)
• Experience in renewable energy projects (onshore and offshore) is a plus
