Job description

ERM (Environmental Resources Management) is a global leader in environmental, health, and safety consulting. With a presence across 40 countries and 140 offices worldwide, ERM provides tailored solutions for any environmental situation, addressing both current and future challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field activities (soil, groundwater, and soil gas sampling)
  • Supervise subcontractors and oversee decontamination work
  • Analyze and interpret environmental data
  • Collaborate on projects under the supervision of a project manager
  • Write detailed technical reports
  • Frequent travel required, English proficiency is a major asset

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in geology-hydrology or related field
  • 0-1 year of experience (including internships or apprenticeships)
  • Interest in fieldwork (previous environmental fieldwork experience is a plus)
  • Excellent French language skills (oral and written, necessary for report writing)
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience in writing technical reports is an asset
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team player
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility for travel within France and abroad
  • Strong commitment to health and safety protocols
