Environmental Consultant

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance in environmental and social due diligence (ESDD), environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), and project monitoring.
  • Conduct on-site audits/assessments to support ESDD, ESIA, and other impact assessments and monitoring projects.
  • Perform environment-related fieldwork and help supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with labor and safety standards.
  • Prepare health and safety plans, communicate with clients, and help complete site reports for all on-site activities.
  • Support the development of environmental and social management programs compliant with the Equator Principles and other international requirements.
  • Provide general support for environmental impact assessment (EIA)/environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) to clients.
  • Execute multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards for project deliverables.
  • Support ERM partner managers and project leaders to effectively manage projects.

Your profile:

  • Ideally hold a Master's degree or engineering degree in environmental science.
  • 2 to 3 years of extensive work experience in similar roles (consulting, regulation, or industrial environment).
  • Possess a thorough understanding of environmental impact assessment (EIA) in accordance with national and international lending institution requirements.
