ESG Operations CoE Managed Response Manager

• Facilitate development, approval, and supporting processes associated with ESG global and local reporting, ESG materiality assessment, UNGC Communication on Progress response, GRI response, and Accenture 360 value reporting. Identify performance gaps for resolution.
• Collaborate cross functionally, developing and overseeing GMC-level approvals of critical framework assessments, which support Accenture brand and compliance.
• Engage senior leaders across corporate functions including Corp S&S, Corporate Citizenship, Controllership, Legal, M+C, and Sustainability Services.

ESG Operations CoE Strategic Programs Manager

• Identify, prioritize, develop, socialize and launch technology and process projects. Develop requirements, develop MVP, pilot, and enhance solutions from ecosystem partners (e.g., servicenow) and the business (e.g., iiFAQ). Build durable AI solutions
• Develop the business case for change, largely anchored by volume and complexity, to drive solutions for account teams and corporate function senior leaders.
• Collaborate cross functionally, developing and overseeing ESG governance -level approvals of solutions, which support Accenture brand and compliance.
• Engage senior leaders across corporate functions including Corp S&S, Corporate Citizenship, Controllership, Legal, M+C, and Sustainability Services.

ESG Ops Change Management Manager

• Develop and drive global change management strategies, plans, and actions (e.g., content, training programming, engagement, social media) to communicate Accenture's ESG actions and progress, and drive awareness and adoption of the ESG Ops CoE
• Develop tactical content and solutions about ESG for account teams. Drive adoption through social media (Viva)
• Measure impact of the ESG Ops CoE on account teams as the represent Accenture as a responsible supplier in sales pursuits.
• Engage senior leaders across the business and corporate functions including Corp S&S, Corporate Citizenship, Controllership, Legal, M+C, and Sustainability Services.

Environment Operations Delivery Lead - Environment Sustainability

• Responsible for communicating changes and promoting new ways of working and skillsets centered around internal environmental sustainability initiatives
• Translates global commitments/priorities surrounding internal environmental activity to the local level in the form of local commitments and priorities, initiatives, desirable behaviors, and required change

• The change manager profile is full 'change management' – which includes not only commmunications skills but also behavior change, learning/ training, analytics associated with impact (so site visits, support, content impact)

• Environment Operations – dealing and managing all initiatives and activities in our offices within operations related to the Environment. Examples of these initiatives are getting to the global target to have renewable electricity, eliminating single use plastic, appropriate disposal of wastes or assets.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
