Job Overview
As an Enterprise Client Manager, you will be responsible for sales and account management to solve customer issues through the implementation of our company's products.
You will lead projects using various methods as an account manager. You will be in charge of multiple enterprise companies, drawing mid to long-term success maps to solve customers' management issues, building relationships with customers, and promoting proposals and implementation of our company's products. This is an important position where you will be responsible for new business proposals to large companies, ensuring success after implementation, increasing the number of users, expanding to other departments, and handling upsells and cross-sells.
Specific Job Duties
- Sales activities for enterprise companies
- Project management involving customers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying customer issues and building business flows through discussions with field staff and management
- Creating and executing roadmaps for solving customer business and management issues, from establishing existing products
Requirements
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of corporate sales experience
- Experience in sales or customer success in the enterprise sector
Preferred Skills
- Solution proposal experience in IT companies
- Work experience in startups
