Job Overview
Main responsibilities:
- Overall management of the engineering team
- Organizational improvement, system design, and enhancement for the engineering organization
- Development of team members (goal setting / evaluation / conducting 1-on-1s)
- Consideration of structure and recruitment activities to achieve product roadmap
- Technical public relations
- Leading new feature development for products
Development environment:
- Languages: PHP, TypeScript

- Project management and information sharing tool: Notion
Requirements
Essential skills:
- Experience in web application development
- Experience in product development with multiple team members
- Experience in providing technical advice and work support to other members
- Experience in project promotion, including adjusting specification scope and release target dates
Preferred skills:
- Experience in team building and setting up development organizations
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in formulating and executing organizational strategies with a medium to long-term perspective
