Main responsibilities:

• Overall management of the engineering team
• Organizational improvement, system design, and enhancement for the engineering organization
• Development of team members (goal setting / evaluation / conducting 1-on-1s)
• Consideration of structure and recruitment activities to achieve product roadmap
• Technical public relations
• Leading new feature development for products

Requirements

Essential skills:

• Experience in web application development
• Experience in product development with multiple team members
• Experience in providing technical advice and work support to other members
• Experience in project promotion, including adjusting specification scope and release target dates

Preferred skills:

• Experience in team building and setting up development organizations
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in formulating and executing organizational strategies with a medium to long-term perspective
