The ESG & Sustainability department's mission is to accelerate the energy and environmental transition of the real estate sector. By applying to CBRE, you will join a dynamic and committed team, offering strategic and long-term consulting to its clients.

Our CBRE France Sustainable Development team works with investors and user companies, in synergy with the group's other business lines (property and asset management, transaction consulting, valuation, etc.). Our consulting and project management assistance missions are structured around three pillars: environmental responsibility, well-being, and energy and environmental efficiency.

Reporting to the Team Supervisor within the Energy, Carbon and Climate team of CBRE's sustainable development division, you will be responsible for the environmental performance of our clients' real estate projects as part of a multidisciplinary team. To achieve this, you will contribute to:

• Conducting energy audits of buildings (site visits, dynamic energy simulation, energy performance improvement action plans, etc.)
• Supporting our clients with the Tertiary Decree (Objective: 40% reduction in energy consumption by 2030, 50% by 2040, and 60% by 2050)
• Carrying out Carbon Assessments and carbon trajectories (CRREM)
• Supporting our clients in Energy Management missions
• Conducting photovoltaic feasibility studies
• Supporting our clients in their low-carbon construction projects (RE2020 project management assistance, LCA)

Depending on your interests and desires, it will be possible to consider other missions such as:

• Preparing technical reports for public or private tenders
• Supporting our clients in environmental certification (HQE, BREEAM, and LEED, etc.) of their renovation and/or operational projects
• Implementing environmental management of projects, from the programming phase to the finalization of the DCE, or even during operation
• Participating in the creation of digital training courses on sustainable development topics for real estate and urban planning
