Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Environmental, Health & Safety () Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of programs across projects and operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about workplace safety, environmental compliance, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of and consulting projects under the guidance of project managers.
  • Conduct compliance audits, gap assessments, and reviews against local regulations and international standards, including IFC Performance Standards and ADB Safeguard Requirements.
  • Participate in environmental due diligence, site investigations, remediation projects, and assessments.
  • Analyze environmental, health, and safety data and contribute to technical reports and client deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and field assessments as required.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and proactively support project delivery across multiple countries.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, business development, and marketing activities.
  • Develop consulting skills and build an understanding of ERM's services, clients, and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, , or a related field.
  • Experience in , environmental consulting, consulting, compliance auditing, site investigation, or remediation projects.
  • Familiarity with international standards such as IFC, ADB, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, report-writing, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Thai
  • Consulting experience and willingness to travel for project work are advantageous.
