Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Corporate Sales to lead and expand our corporate sales division. Reporting directly to the President of GBES, this role is perfect for a seasoned sales leader with strong corporate sales expertise, relationship management skills, and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and sustain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry leaders
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in green building education
- Regular reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
- Partner with Marketing team for integrated promotional strategies
- Oversee entire sales process from lead generation through deal closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5-8 years in corporate or B2B sales
- LEED Green Associate certification required within six months of hire
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing client relationships
- Strong market analysis and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional client engagement and presentation skills
