Job description
Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Research tasks including customer feedback, market needs, and accumulated data analysis
- Identifying issues, planning new features and improvement measures, IA/UI design, and requirements specification
- Promoting and improving the process from requirements specification to UI/UX stages
- Measuring effectiveness after release
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Tools Used:
- Documents: Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
- Analysis: Google Analytics
- Design: Figma
- Chat: Slack
- Task Management: Notion
- Meeting Tools: Zoom, Google Meet
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Empathy with our vision and mission
- Understanding of our culture and values
Experience in at least one of the following:
- Practical experience in UI/UX design for web services and smartphone apps
- Web page production direction (WF creation/progress management/collaboration with designers)
- Business experience using XD, Figma, STUDIO, or Sketch
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics
- Experience in usability test design, implementation, and analysis
- Business promotion of SaaS products
- Planning and promotion of SLG/PLG
- Experience collaborating with engineers and designers
Desired Personal Qualities:
- Ability to act autonomously
- Eager to absorb and output new knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to work meticulously
