Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Research tasks including customer feedback, market needs, and accumulated data analysis
• Identifying issues, planning new features and improvement measures, IA/UI design, and requirements specification
• Promoting and improving the process from requirements specification to UI/UX stages
• Measuring effectiveness after release
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Practical experience in UI/UX design for web services and smartphone apps
• Web page production direction (WF creation/progress management/collaboration with designers)
• Business experience using XD, Figma, STUDIO, or Sketch

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics
• Experience in usability test design, implementation, and analysis
• Business promotion of SaaS products
• Planning and promotion of SLG/PLG
• Experience collaborating with engineers and designers
