Job Overview
Mission: You will be responsible for promoting the UI/UX of "ASUENE," the industry's No.1 CO2 emission visualization service, and "ASUENE ESG," an ESG evaluation service. As a director, you will oversee the entire service and propose and promote optimal experience design. You will work on a wide range of projects, including improving website UX, enhancing customer experience, implementing measures to acquire new leads, and establishing smooth operational systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of the direction team
- Defining requirements and setting goals from the initial stages of projects
- Designing and operating guidelines, organizing and improving workflows
- Conducting research, identifying issues, and making improvements in collaboration with relevant internal departments
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders related to the above tasks

Requirements
Essential Skills:

At least one of the following experiences:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX direction
- Web service/app production direction (creating wireframes, progress management, collaboration with designers)
- Work experience using XD, Figma, STUDIO, or Sketch
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS business or startups
- Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing usability tests
- Business promotion experience for SaaS products
- Experience collaborating with engineers and designers
Desired Personal Qualities:
- Ability to act autonomously
- Eagerness to absorb and output new knowledge and information
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
