In this job opening, we are recruiting a QA (Quality Assurance) Leader who will take on the challenge of solving climate change issues and creating customer-oriented services with us!

You will mainly contribute to improving service quality in the "quality planning (test design)," "functional testing," "quality control," "quality improvement," and "quality assurance" processes. You will also promote test automation by involving the development team.

Job Responsibilities

• Test planning, design, and execution during product development
• Introduction and promotion of efficient/effective test approach techniques such as risk-based testing and agile testing
• Defect data collection, measurement, analysis, and solution consideration for continuous quality improvement

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Experience in development and operation of web applications
• QA experience in web applications
• Communication skills in team development
• Ability to aim for both speed and product quality by working as a team with PdM, designers, and engineers

Preferred Skills

• Experience in verifying new services, tools, and software trends hands-on
• Experience in E2E test automation (no-code/low-code tool level is acceptable)
• QA experience in web applications and SaaS products
• Experience in test process improvement
• JSTQB Certified Tester qualification

• Proactive individual who can take a bird's-eye view of the product and constantly work towards improvement, not limited to their own area
