Job Overview

Mission: You will be responsible for advancing the design area of our products. Your mission is to capture the ideal state where users can achieve their goals, and ensure design optimization and interface quality. Based on the use cases of "Asuene," the industry's No. 1 CO2 emission visualization service, and "Asuene ESG," an ESG evaluation service, you will be in charge of optimal UX design and the UI design to realize it.

Job Responsibilities:

• UI/UX design for each product and new products
• Creation of graphics associated with the above
• Improvement and operation to make products overwhelmingly easy to use
• Understanding and organizing client needs, and translating them into appropriate specifications

• Documents: Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Slide, Drive, Gmail)
• Analysis: Google Analytics
• Design: Figma
• Chat: Slack
• Task Management: Notion
• Meeting Tools: Zoom, Google Meet

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Empathy with our company's vision and mission
• Understanding of our company's culture and values

Either of the following experiences:

• At least 1 year of product design experience in web or app-related work
• Or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UX and product design including offline experiences
• Experience in creating graphics and campaigns for marketing and PR
• Business promotion experience with SaaS products
• Experience collaborating with engineers and designers

• Ability to act autonomously
• Eager to absorb and output new knowledge and information
• Able to pursue quality down to the details and work meticulously
• Considers the service as their own and wants to use their skills to realize better services
