ERM France, in full growth, is looking for a passionate Managing Consultant to join our climate change and corporate sustainability team. This role will largely focus on managing projects related to the EU Deforestation Regulation and other forest-related topics for our clients facing EUDR requirements.

Reporting directly to the Consulting Director, you will lead major projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of our client commitments. Your work will consist of supporting the success of ERM proposals and projects in accordance with our vision, values, and strategic imperatives by:

• Acting as project manager on client engagements and being their main point of contact
• Ensuring projects meet budget, deadlines, and quality standards
• Developing project proposals for our clients
• Identifying opportunities for service evolution based on our clients' needs and development opportunities for designated projects
• Managing a team of consultants on project delivery and organizing their task allocation
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have solid consulting experience. Knowledge of EUDR and forest CPD would be a major asset. With excellent team spirit, you will be able to lead complex projects and unite teams around common goals. Your interpersonal skills and communication abilities will allow you to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

You are a passionate professional with excellent interpersonal skills and great autonomy. Your strong command of French and English will allow you to thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
