Job Overview
Mission: Lead the establishment of a helpdesk system
Job Description: Provide customer support for users of our CO2 emission visualization and decarbonization SaaS "ASUENE".
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and online meetings
- Escalate and resolve complex inquiries
- Compile response data, create reports, and report on activities
- Manage response quality
- Plan, implement, and review team process improvements
- Develop support manuals and manage knowledge base
- Utilize usage data to plan and execute initiatives
- Devise strategies to reduce churn rate
- Collect customer feedback on the product
- Provide internal feedback for product development
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in customer support
- 1+ years of experience in B2B customer support
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in setting up a customer support organization
- Data analysis and reporting skills
