Job Overview

Mission: Lead the establishment of a helpdesk system

Job Description: Provide customer support for users of our CO2 emission visualization and decarbonization SaaS "ASUENE".

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Escalate and resolve complex inquiries
  • Compile response data, create reports, and report on activities
  • Manage response quality
  • Plan, implement, and review team process improvements
  • Develop support manuals and manage knowledge base
  • Utilize usage data to plan and execute initiatives
  • Devise strategies to reduce churn rate
  • Collect customer feedback on the product
  • Provide internal feedback for product development

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in customer support
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B customer support

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in setting up a customer support organization
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
