Job Overview
Mission: Support companies in formulating and implementing sustainability strategies using technology comprehensively.
Job Description: Provide onboarding support (from implementation to establishment) for new customers of our CO2 emission visualization and decarbonization cloud service "ASUENE" and supply chain ESG evaluation cloud service "ASUENE ESG". Maximize service utilization and execute customer problem-solving.
- Onboarding support (from implementation to establishment)
- Planning and designing initiatives for implementation and establishment
- Formulating and executing measures using utilization data
- Planning and executing measures to reduce cancellation rates
- Collecting customer requests for the product
- Providing feedback for internal product development
Requirements
Essential Skills: Either of the following experiences:
- Customer success experience in B2B SaaS companies (2+ years)
- Experience in building long-term relationships with enterprise companies through existing sales (2+ years)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in launching a customer success organization
- Experience in managing a customer success organization
- Experience as an implementation consultant or IT consultant in IT companies
Desired Personality:
- Strong customer communication skills
- Experience in committing to and achieving goals
- Ability to eagerly absorb and output new knowledge and information
- Desire to make a significant impact in future customer success career
